The TAP Virtual Travel Showcase provides Tour Operators, Guild Members, and PPTPs the opportunity to connect with TAP’s network of over 6,700 travel buyers who are looking for new places, unique experiences, and hospitality at its finest for their clients. Through a hybrid workshop-webinar style format, this showcase is designed to engage and educate the travel buyer audience on your destination or attraction’s hidden gems, unique, authentic experiences, and niche group opportunities.
This year’s theme is “Niche Travel Opportunities” — a chance to highlight the unique, interest-based travel experiences your destination or product offers. We invite you to showcase how you cater to niche groups or FIT travelers. Think of travelers drawn by a shared passion or purpose — from birding and photography to quilting, gardening, or even novel tourism. Use visuals and stories to bring the unique experiences in your destination, attraction, or tour to life!
NEW for 2025
To enhance the value and engagement of this year’s Travel Showcase, we’re introducing a brand-new component: four 15-minute hands-on educational workshops (led by TAP HQ) designed specifically with both presenters and attendees in mind.
Based on feedback from our travel buyer community, these workshops will focus on key topics that support the growth of group travel business, offering actionable insights and practical tools they can apply right away.

These sessions are designed to be engaging, educational, and immediately useful—making this year’s Travel Showcase more valuable than ever. They will also be used to introduce the presenters for the upcoming block of presentations, and encourage conversation and questions throughout the event.
Showcase Dates: October 22-23, 2025
Presentation slots are 20 minutes each (12-15 minutes pre-recorded, plus live Q&A time). Each day's 3 hour event time will include 2 engaging mini-workshops and 8 presentation slots.
Eligibility: Limited space with the first two weeks of registration offered to TAP Tour Operators and TAP Guild Members only.

TAP Tour Operator Partners: (early registration access) $400
Double Presenter Cost: (2 Destinations or Attractions can partner together to collaborate on one presentation slot)

OPTIONAL: Provide a door prize to encourage live attendance. International shipping may be required. We suggest an item (or package of items) unique to your destination or attraction, such as branded swag and/or locally produced goods.
Deadline: Presenters must confirm participation by August 29th. Spots will be reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis. Hurry, space is limited!

How much is required of me? Read below for a full list of what we will need from you
- Provide a title, short description, presenter headshot & brief bio, and destination image that we can use to promote your presentation. (DEADLINE SEPT 22ND)
- Provide a niche itinerary to distribute to the audience. (DEADLINE SEPT 22ND)
- Record a 12-15 minute presentation in advance, featuring your niche travel opportunities for groups and individuals. This recording can be done completely on your own, or we can assist if needed. We will provide some guidelines and technology recommendations, but it can be as simple as starting a Zoom meeting by yourself and hitting the record button - no one else needs to be there. (DEADLINE SEPT 29TH)
- Join the live presentation on Oct 22 or 23 during your selected slot for a 5-7 minute Q&A session following your pre-recorded presentation.
- OPTIONAL - Send your door prize to the winner. We will provide the name and shipping information of the travel buyer that is drawn for your prize from the entries.
Am I sharing presentation time? Only if you choose to. Our double presenter option is ideal for regional programs or destinations with complimentary assets they would like to feature together. You can also opt to present on your own.
Will the live event be recorded? Yes, the full event will be recorded and sent out to our entire travel buyer audience, and will be available on the tapintotravel.com website for 1 year. *NEW THIS YEAR* Each presentation will be featured individually in a travel buyer newsletter in the months following the event, with a link to the recording and a profile of the presenter
