The TAP Virtual Travel Showcase provides Tour Operators, Guild Members, and PPTPs the opportunity to connect with TAP’s network of over 6,700 travel buyers who are looking for new places, unique experiences, and hospitality at its finest for their clients. Through a webinar style format, this showcase is designed to educate the travel buyer audience on your destination or attraction’s hidden gems, unique, authentic experiences, or bucket list opportunities.

- A kickoff call with our registered presenters to talk through expectations, presentation tips, and review of the buyer audience.
- Marketing tips will be interspersed throughout the presentations to help the travel buyers generate new leads and effectively market your destinations, attractions, and tours to their clients
- To encourage audience participation, we will be asking registered presenters to donate a Door Prize representative of your company, destination, or attraction!
Showcase Dates: November 7-8, 2024
Presentation slots are 30 minutes each (20 minutes pre-recorded, plus live Q&A time), with 3 hours of presentations each day.
Eligibility: Limited space with the first four weeks of registration offered to TAP Tour Operators and TAP Guild Members only.

Guild Members: (early registration access) $500, plus 1 door prize shipped directly to winner*
Non-Guild Members: (opens August 23rd) $600, plus 1 door prize shipped directly to winner*

*Door prizes should be maximum $50 in value before shipping, and international shipping may be required. We suggest an item (or package of items) unique to your destination or attraction, such as branded swag and/or locally produced goods
Want to have more than one destination and attraction on your webinar? Add $400 for each additional destination and/or attraction (20% off if they are TAP Guild members).

How much is required of me? Read below for a full list of what we will need from you
- Provide a title, short description, headshot, and destination image that we can use to promote your presentation.
- Record a 20 minute presentation in advance - this can be done completely on your own, or we can assist if needed. We will provide some guidelines and technology recommendations, but it can be as simple as starting a Zoom meeting by yourself and hitting the record button - no one else needs to be there.
- Join the live presentation on Nov 7 or 8 during your selected slot for a 5-8 minute Q&A session following your pre-recorded presentation.
- Send your door prize to the winner. We will provide the name and shipping information of the travel buyer that is drawn for your prize from the entries.
Am I sharing presentation time? Only if you choose to. Our add-on option to include other destinations and attractions to present with you is ideal for regional programs or destinations with popular assets they would like to feature. You can also opt to present on your own.
Will the live event be recorded? Yes, the full event will be recorded and sent out to our entire travel buyer audience, and will be available on the tapintotravel.com website for 1 year.
